Back Sindarin - Ithil - diadem

This piece comes from my collection inspired by a language created by J.R.R. Tolkien as grey elves' language called Sindarin. Each piece is my interpretation of some word from this elven language . This one is Ithil which means the Moon or "the sheen" when not capitalized.

The diadem is made by me from scratch of fine silver, sterling silver and blue flash moonstones. Oxidized and polished. I made it for my friend who got married last year. The diadem matches these earrings and the bride wore also this Triple Goddes symbol (as it was pagan wedding).
