Back Sindarin - naur

Sterling silver, openwork pendant from my collection inspired by a language created by J.R.R. Tolkien ("Lord of the rings") as Grey Elves' language, called Sindarin. Each piece is my interpretation of a word from this elven language. This one is "Naur" which means "Fire". One of a kind.
This statement piece, full of tiny details is adorned with faceted stones - pear shaped, slightly transparent, dark ruby, two citrines and pale yellow topaze. Oxidized and polished.

Total lentgh of this piece (including articulated bail and small stone beneath the pendant) is 6.3 cm long (2.48 in). The central part with the ruby alone is 3.8 cm long (1.49 in). It comes with a silver chain (the length is up to the Buyer).

If you have any questions please ask.

My jewellery is a tribute to Mother Nature's beautiful creations. Just look around - all this amazing abundance of forms and textures - so strikingly beautiful and inspiring. I try to convey this feeling of awe over Nature's creations into my jewellery. Thank you for looking at my pieces.
