Amazingly detailed, openwork cat pendant, carefully designed, hand carved by me and then made in sterling silver. Adorned with a lovely, natural lapis lazuli (4 mm) or a different stone of your choice (see available stones in one of the photos and choose from the list while placing an order). It is a part of my collection of symbols celebrating our connection with Nature. Oxidized and polished. Total length (including night themed, articulated bail) is 4.2 cm (1.65 in). It's width in the widest place is 1.5 cm (0.59 in). It's very subtle and, really, super detailed.

Cats are present in mythologies (Egyptian, Celtic, Norse among many others), legends and folklore all around the world. Often associated with mysteries of the dark, independence, witchcraft, intuition, freedom, patience (they can wait, and act in just the right moment), healing from within... This could go forever. Cats are said to be astute, adventurous and graceful. They balance opposites – for instance, light and dark, rest and action, outer and inner, up and down etc. I sculpted my cat portrait surrounded by swirling vines, tiny leaves and miniature stars. Extraordinary, magical creature with an attitude (cattitude!).

I created all the details of this little sculpture by hand - every single element was carved and built by hand.
