Amazingly detailed, openwork pendant, carefully designed, hand carved and metalsmithed by me out of sterling silver. Adorned with a lovely, natural, pietersite (2.3 cm x 1.3 cm) and three smaller stones ( 3mm and 4 mm) - two Baltic ambers and onyx. Pietersite displays beautiful navy chatoyancy - dark blue mists moving across its surface as you change angle - some tiny orange dots and even some red (red line on the right side).
On the articulated bail adorned with some silver balls I set also a lovely specimen of star diopside which, in direct sunlight and artificial light, displays four rays star.

Total length (including bail) is 5.9 cm (2.32 in). Its width in the widest place is 1.8 cm (0.70 in). I designed this composition in such a way that the sculpted skull looks almost as if it was levitating above a weird lake full of dark, magical mists or vapours...
