Silver, openwork pendant from my collection inspired by a language created by J.R.R. Tolkien ("Lord of the rings") as Grey Elves' language, called Sindarin. Each piece is my interpretation of a word from this elven language. This one is "Ithil" which means "the Moon". This pendant was carefully designed and hand sculpted by me, then made in sterling silver. Adorned with a moonstone or other stone of your choice (available stones are visible in one of the photos - please choose from the list while placing your order). Beautifully romantic, full of amazing, tiny details - flowing vines, miniature leaves... Every single element placed there with care and love. Oxidized and polished.
It is a perfect piece of jewellery for a person who loves romantic, fantasy inspired designs which could be worn by an elven princess, a warrioress, a sorceress, or maybe simply a person who deeply loves Nature...
The moon is 3 cm (1.18 in) long, total length (including carved, articulated, carved bail) is 4.4 cm (1.73 in).
It can be beautifully layered with my smaller version of moon pendant, which you can find here. You can see the layering in the photo with a model. You will find the matching earrings from the photo here.
